One of our favorite times of the year is our annual NYE trip. Over the last four years, we've spent NYE with a great group of friends (the coast, the Gorge and the last two years in Sunriver). With a new baby, we weren't sure we were even going to make it, but we're happy to report the tradition lives on and we made our annual pilgrimage out of Portland and spent our second NYE in Sunriver, OR. It's quite a crew we've amassed - 7 adults, 1 baby, and 5 dogs. Definitely a full house. The weather held out and we were able to take Elliot on her first snowshoe trip. She did a great job and loved it (well....truth be told she slept the entire time so not sure she "loved" it, but clearly she didn't hate it). We hope this is the first of many snowshoe trips to come. We absolutely love Sunriver and hopefully, this is the start of a Neves family tradition!
