Santa and friends have made several early appearances this year. Sunday we celebrated the holiday with our annual gift exchange. As always, it's a wonderful day and so much fun to get the whole group together. When we started going 6 years ago (after moving to Portland), it was mostly just the adults and as the years have gone one, it's now 14 adults and 11 kids (and a few new little ones on the way for next year's festivities). We got a visit from Santa at the party and while most of the kids couldn't wait to share their X-mas wishes, Elliot was having none of it. Course she was happy to get Santa's gift of two new "snugglies." Guess we'll have to wait till next year to see if she'll sit on Santa's lap.
And to continue to the holiday cheer, Elliot got a visit from Jen with lots of XMas treats. She got a new cell phone, some "food" for her big Xmas surprise and the Three Little Pigs. She hasn't stopped playing with the pigs since she got them!
Looks like we're in for another festive holiday and look forward to spending the next couple of weeks with lots of amazing friends and family. What more could we ask for!
