Lots of fun activities this weekend. We kicked off the weekend with a fun bday celebration for Ellie who turned 1! Elliot had so much fun hanging out with her friends and hasn't stopped talking about the guitar at Emma and Ellie's house (something tells me there's going to be guitar shopping in my future).
We were supposed to celebrate Olivia's bday on Sunday, but due to some family priorities, she had to reschedule. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Tosky's and the Cunningham's this week!
But, the girls were still able to go to the zoo in the morning (sans the party). The besties had a blast of course and Elliot learned how to take some photos with the camera. Got a few great goat and chicken photos, compliments of Elliot's newly acquired skills. I think a lesson with Uncle Aaron is in order. Perhaps she can actually teach me how to use the camera (yes, Daddy...that one was for you)!
And in new news..Sunday was our first "accident' free day. Elliot wore a diaper for nap and for bed, but was otherwise wearing her "big girl panties" for the entire day. Very exciting and we hope this is the start of a whole new trend!! Fingers crossed she makes is through the day at school.
