Before & After

We finally did it. Elliot got her first  haircut today after 3+ years.  She wanted it "short like mine" but I couldn't bear the thought of cutting that much but we did cut about 5 inches off!  Very traumatic for me, but she took it all in stride.  Frankly...I think she had more fun looking at herself in the mirror to notice they were actually cutting her hair.  She's already informed me next time she'll cut it shorter so I"m sure I'll be holding out for as long as possible.  The upside, way fewer tangles which hopefully means fewer fights in the am hours. :-)
