Ginger...who is Ginger you ask? Well we wondered the same thing when she wandered into our backyard today. Jami came to drop Cowboy off and knocked on the door saying "there's a chicken in your yard."
A chicken? Really? But how did she get from the driveway to behind the fenced off space behind the shed?
We still don't know how she did it, but eventually, we figured out Ginger belonged to our new neighbors Nelson and Judy. But not before we met some other neighbors over the fence who also have chickens. Only in Portland!
Judy and Nelson were happy to have her back safe and sound and but we suspect that we'll see more of Ginger now that she's found a friend and a new hiding place.
