In true fashion, the city of Portland completely shuts down the minute we get a little snow. And we're not talking about 3 ft of snow, we're talking about 3 inches of snow. They've been talking about it for two days.
Daycare opened late (unlike all the Portland Public Schools which closed) so we had a little extra time this morning. Elliot's still not sure about walking in the snow, but did get out and go for a ride!
