We had so much fun out at Sauvie Island we went back again with Shannon, Jack and a few of their friends. This time we spent almost four hours out at Kruger farms. Came back with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries! That will surely last us a few days :-)
This time Elliot may have actually eaten way more than she picked. She was yanking strawberries off the plants faster than I could catch her - popping in her mouth, greens and all! There are worse ways to spend a beautiful Sat morning.
She wasn't so sure about sharing her wagon with Jack. So best course of action was to stake her claim on it and let Jack pull her around. Someday, he'll realize he drew the short end of that stick.
Blackberries and marion berries will be ripe soon. Pretty sure we'll have a few more trips before the summer is over.
