While most of us are thinking about Thanksgiving this week, we took a little detour to celebrate the holidays a little early this year. Our annual "gift exchange" normally takes place in December but coordinating schedules this year proved more challenging this year, so we decided to kick off the season a few weeks earlier this year.
A huge thanks to the Weaver's for hosting this motley crew (19 adults and 13 kids) as it was another fabulous event. The kids had all a blast, topped off by a special visit from Santa who cleared his busy schedule to join us for an hour of storytime and gift giving. Elliot looked like a little elf and had a great start to her first X-Mas and we look forward to many more years of festivities with our great friends.
