Happy Belated Birthday Evan

Whenever someone asks the question of Elliot "Who is Evan?" she quickly replies "Evan is my boyfriend!"  It's just that simple.  I'm sure over time she'll fall in and out of love with Evan a dozen more times, but for now, it's all about the world according to Evan.

So on Sunday, we celebrated Evan's 2nd birthday with all our pals.  The kids had an absolutely fantastic time.  I thought we outdid ourselves on jungle cupcakes, but wow...check out these amazing Sesame Street cupcakes that Evan's pal Angie did!    We could take lesson in culinary baking precision from Angie.  Rumor has it Angie's husband is thrilled the job is over after 18 runs to the grocery store in the middle of the night for powdered sugar and marshmellows ;-)

A great time was had by all and we wish Evan many, many more happy birthdays! (and perhaps another date at the Play Boutique to play in the bouncy house which Elliot is now obsessed with).
