We landed in Chicago on Sunday and from the moment we landed, we were off to the races. Monday night was dinner with Mary and Cary. We had a blast and Elliot loved singing songs with Mary!
Tuesday we saw Heather and her boys and had dinner with Grandpa and Elliot got show off her new tricks. She started standing up on her own!
On Wednesday, we went to the exploratorium where E got to play around. She had a great time trying to climb up the slide :-)
Then, we had dinner over at Robyn's house where Elliot got to meet her "boyfriend" Dexter. They don't know it yet, but they'll be good buds from this point forward, even though Dex was a little jealous that "Aunt T' was paying attention to Elliot.
On Thursday, David arrived and gave me a night out with some of her best girlfriends from high school. We hadn't all been in the same place since college and it was a fantastic walk down memory lane. Even though it's been almost 15 years, it still felt like it was yesterday.
