Yes, that's Elliot in a Dress! I've got a certain mom friend (who shall remain nameless - you know who you are) who teases me constantly that we never "let" Elliot wear dresses. It's not that we don't let her, truly it's that she doesn't often like them. But this weekend she was happy to don her new frock from Nana. Figured I'd better get the photographic proof or no one would believe me! ;-)
